Applications can track all search activity in an application such as Searching for Products, Searching for Content, Searching for Help in using a feature.
Such activity is usually on the client side and not available for analysis.
The Search Insights will present all such activity when properly tracked as the following list of insights
  • Search Wordcloud representing the search terms weighted based on their highest number of times searched
  • Search Results view showing the most frequent searches resulting in the highest to lowest number of results
  • Search Activity in the past 24 hours in a reverse chronological order with the option to expand to a longer time frame
